I played the treasure game and it was super fun. I am starting to understand the degrees in north, south, west, and east. I learnt that the equator is 0 degrees on latitude -Kennedy!!
I played three games, and my favourite game was the quiz game. I kept on messing up the Atlantic Ocean and Arctic Ocean. The games made latitude and longitude quite easy and now I get it. - Naya
We need to know where things are located because if you wanted a pair of shoes and there is only one in your city, you would have to go to a certain store, and you have to know where the location is, so you would maybe use google maps to help you find the location your looking for. You can locate locations with longitude and latitude lines. In the world there are a lot of different time zones. They help you find out where someone lives. If they live in a different country or city. Manitobans live in central time zone. -Kennedy

Why Do We Need to Know Where Things Are Located? Because if you get lost you will know where to go and you will know where to go for essential places like a restaurant, grocery stores gas stations and many more. If you need help locating use the longitude and latitude lines the time zones make it so it will be different times in different places because the sun is in a different place then other continents, countries, and cities. -Allan
